Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in Pakistan. International shipping is currently unavailable.
When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation call from our e-commerce team to verify the order within 24 hours of the order placement. After verification of the order a confirmation email will be sent to you with the order's status and you can follow the current and future order status(es) on our website until the item(s) have been delivered to your doorstep. Usually an order ships to the customer's doorstep within 2 working days after telephonic confirmation.
Payment and Courier Charges
Payments can be made either via credit card (Visa and Master) or Cash on delivery. Our credit card payments are one of the most secure powered by Bank Alfalah services with a comprehensive fraud proof system process.
Please note that all items are delivered through official TCS Personnel and only they are authorized to collect payment for the delivered goods. Delivery is completely free nationwide for orders of Pkr 2500 & above. For orders below 2500 there is a flat charge of Rs. 250.
The amount to be paid will be clearly printed on the back of the package including the delivery charges(if applicable). A detailed invoice can be found inside the sealed package along with the items.
You may return new, unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund through the website. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
RETURN/EXCHANGE THROUGH THE WEBSITE
Step 1. login to your account
Step 2. view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return item(s) button.
Step 3. You will receive a confirmation email with the address to return the item(s) to.
Step 4. Pack the item(s) properly and courier us the package through TCS, at the address provided in the email.
Step 5. If the item(s) received are in unworn original condition the amount for the item(s) will be credited to your offspring account in the e-store within 3 business days from the receipt of the item(s) and you will be notified via email.
Please note that the courier charges you have paid will only be credited back to you if it is our fault in any way(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
RETURN/EXCHANGE THROUGH AN OFFSPRING RETAIL OUTLET
Item(s) you have purchased cannot be returned for a refund on an outlet, they can only be exchanged. Please take the unused and unworn item(s) with original receipt printed from our e-store to an outlet for exchange.
